Westford University recently conducted a Skill Master Program for the 12th-grade students at Elite English School, focusing on essential career skills. This career counseling session aimed to equip students with vital abilities such as leadership, communication, and employability, crucial for their imminent entry into the business world.
Over 50 enthusiastic students attended the interactive, activity-based session, engaging in practical exercises designed to build their professional competencies. The session was led by Mr. Zawahir Siddique, Dean and Head of Blended Learning, and Ms. Diana Perera, Assistant Faculty and Training Consultant at Westford For Business which is Westford’s Corporate Training and Consulting wing. Together, they provided students with hands-on experiences and valuable insights into the skills needed for successful careers. Their dynamic, activity-based approach ensured that the students not only learned theoretical aspects but also practiced these skills in real-time scenarios, fostering a deeper understanding and readiness for future challenges.
