On July 12, 2023, we were fortunate to host Ghenwa Habbal, an esteemed individual with a remarkable track record. She was honoured with the prestigious ‘UAE Coaching Leaders Award 2023’ as the “Most Influential Coaching Leader.” Ghenwa is a certified brain-based coach and a co-author of the book “Shaken Stirred but Deterred.” With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, and coaching, she currently holds the role of Regional Talent Management Lead at Ford Middle East & Africa.
Ghenwa’ s expertise extends across various industries and continents, making her a seasoned global HR professional. Her mission revolves around developing and implementing strategies that attract, nurture, and retain top talent within organizations while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and resilient corporate culture.
