In one of the industry visits, Westford University College celebrated contemporary design with Downtown Design, which brings together top designers, industry decision-makers, and top-tier public visitors from across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and beyond.
At least a dozen of the 100 exhibitors displayed their outstanding craftsmanship and captivating display designs this season that stood out either for their elaborate meticulousness or pure simplicity.


A variety of design concepts were introduced to our students, forcing them to question their design fundamentals, such as the TRAME display, a marriage of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.
Being hypnotised by the mesmerizing and trance-like movement of a stingray on display at the MB&F M.A.D gallery will remain etched in the minds of our students for a lifetime.
A fascinating synergy between art, mathematics, mechanics, and electronics is evident in Apical Reform’s kinetic sculptures on display in the MB&F M.A.D gallery.
Among all the displays in the world, the most special will be the display of hopes for the future, dreams of the past, and aspirations for fellow beings.
At Downtown Design, such an awe-inspiring exhibit was on display featuring a rug designed by Ghada Kunash (owner of THE WORKSHOP Dubai) as a map of the Levant, incorporating the diverse topographic features of the region covered in various knots and weaves.
The visit gave our students an excellent platform for networking and timeless value in a unique setting.
