Westford has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW), in the UAE and one of the top 20 employers on the Best Workplaces™ in the 2022 UAE list. GPTW is an international organization that assesses and ranks employers across the world against a holistic set of criteria of best practices, and surveys employees for input on criteria including Credibility, Respect, Pride, Camaraderie, and Fairness.
